Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
May 5, 2026

The meeting was called to order by President Mikey Wiseman at 07:01 PM. 
Present were President Mikey Wiseman; 1st Vice President, Cassandra Jessie; 2nd Vice President, Shelley Sawyer; Recording Secretary, Elizabeth Bowden; Membership Secretary, Sally Benjamin; Treasurer, Mark Lear; and Immediate Past President, Sheila Young.  Administrative Assistant Kati Lear joined the meeting as a guest. 

Motion to accept minutes of April 7, 2026 was made by Sheila Young, Seconded by Cassandra Jessie and was unopposed.  

Mikey reported that Mark has nearly completed the investment account creation for endowment. 

The board of Directors will work together to complete the affiliate score card requested by ACB using a community call.  

A code of conduct complaint has been filed with Mikey.  It will be handled by Mikey

Mikey asked that anyone interested in being a delegate at National convention should contact him.  

Kati Lear reported that approximately 137 have registered for convention.  Approximately twenty of that number were virtual attendees.  

Mark Lear reported that a credit card has been obtained along with funds for endowment.  Mark will also provide petty cash to be used during convention.

Sheila Young will send out ACB stipend information after convention.  

Payment options for Amanda and our transportation from Tallahassee were discussed.  One of us will receive the money which was paid ahead of time.    

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Sheila Young and seconded by Shelley Sawyer.  The meeting was adjourned at 07:59 PM.
