Halifax Council of the Blind has been a chapter of the Florida Council of the Blind since the early 1960's. It is located in Daytona Beach, which is known for the International Speedway, driving on the beach, over 5 area colleges and institutions of higher learning, numerous hopping entertainment and cultural opportunities, a good public transportation and paratransit service, the Blind Services campus and several blindness-related agencies.

HCB and its over 40 members, have a reputation of being involved in advocacy, education and social/recreational activities.

We meet on the Zoom platform on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM.  Please contact President Randy Randall for more information.
