people. Our major priority is public transportation and pedestrian safety.

We meet the 3rd Saturday of each month. Locations and times vary, so call our President or Vice President for information. Normally, we
schedule a lunch time meeting at a local restaurant..

EVENTS
We have a Walk-A-Thon every year on White Cane Day. This year, we celebrated it on Oct 11th, and our County Commission has officially
recognized that day as White Cane Day in Lee County. This event is our major fundraiser and also raises public awareness about
pedestrian safety for the visually impaired. We also send representatives to every county commission meeting that has a public
transportation issue on the agenda.
